At iteraSoft we implement Odoo and integrate AI for companies across different regions — Latin America, North America and Europe: from an animal-feed factory to a construction firm. And every implementation starts the same way: someone has to sit down with the client, understand how they invoice, how they buy and how they run their inventory, and turn that real-world mess into an Odoo that works.
We're not looking for someone who's memorized Odoo's menus. We're looking for someone who understands a business. Odoo can be learned; the judgment to look at a company and see where it's losing time and money, not so much.
This role exists for a simple reason: demand for implementations grew faster than the team.
- Take implementations end to end, from the first discovery to go-live. You're the one responsible, not anyone's assistant.
- Sit with the client to understand their real process — the one they use every day, not the one in the manual — and translate it into Odoo.
- Configure what the business needs (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting). No more, no less.
- Train the users and leave the documentation ready, so the client doesn't depend on you for day-to-day work.
- Spot where an automation or a bit of AI saves the client hours — and propose it.
- That you've run at least one ERP implementation from start to finish. If it was Odoo, even better; if it was another, that counts too — the logic transfers.
- That you genuinely understand business processes: why a company reconciles its cash differently from how it issues an invoice.
- That you can explain something technical to someone who isn't, without making them feel stupid.
- That you can drive a project without anyone chasing you.
Odoo certification, SQL, AI/automation, English. None of this is a dealbreaker — if you understand business and learn fast, the rest gets built here.
