Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Remote
We're looking for an assistant who doesn't want to stay an assistant.
Right now iteraSoft's admin — and that of its El Corte Inglés unit — is handled by the owner between one meeting and the next: the invoices, the collections, the reconciliation, the coordination with the accountant. It no longer fits in a day, and that's why this role exists.
Plenty of assistant ads look for someone to run tasks and nothing more. We want the opposite: someone who takes all of that, brings order to it, and over time makes it better than they found it — because they're curious about how it works.
- Issue the invoices for both business units in Odoo, and follow the collections until the money comes in.
- Reconcile accounts and square the hours on projects.
- Coordinate the calendar, the clients and the external accountant; keep everything in order.
- When you see something that could be done better, say so. Here, ideas get heard.
- Experience in administration, invoicing or basic accounting.
- A real appetite to learn — we'll teach you Odoo; you bring the curiosity.
- Order, attention to detail and discretion (you'll handle money and other people's data).
- Autonomy to work remotely without being chased.
Odoo, basic accounting, Google Workspace. None of this is a dealbreaker.
Why iteraSoft
You learn Odoo from the inside — a skill the market pays for — alongside someone who implements it every day.
Part-time, remote or hybrid: you organize your own time.
A formal, by-the-book contract: real stability, not the usual informality.
There's a path: from assistant to operations coordinator as we grow.
About iteraSoft. We simplify how companies operate: we implement Odoo (ERP) and integrate conversational artificial intelligence to automate processes and fuel growth. Since 2018 we've worked with organizations across different regions — Latin America, North America and Europe — from manufacturing and animal nutrition to education and retail. A modern stack (Odoo 19, AI, automation) and agile delivery, sprint by sprint.
Sound like you? We'd like to meet you.
